Vendors, Exhibitors and Sponsors will be indoors, unless other arrangements are made.  

  • Standard Booths are 10 x 8 and include one 8-ft table and 2 chairs.
  • Small booths include one 6-ft table and about 3 ft behind it. 
  • No alcohol allowed.

Dana Cain Events has certain Vendor Exclusivity Partnerships in place and the following booth types will not be accepted into this show: 

  • No window companies
  • No bath remodel companies
  • No gutter companies
  • No solar companies
  • No siding companies

  • Can't make it to the festival in person, but want to have an amazing presence and showcase/sample your awesome dog products? WE GOT YOU! We'll even hand out your samples! Just ship us your product, samples, fliers, coupons, etc (120 lb limit; 40 lb limit on items we have to return ship). WE set up and staff your booth with professional, friendly reps who hand out samples and information (no sales). This includes front-and-center booth placement, Signage with your logo that we create, tables, chairs, linens, set-up, tear down, photos of the booth AND Sponsor listing on our site with image, description and link to your site!

All booth spaces are INDOORS unless stated otherwise. (Let us know via email if you want an outdoor booth.) All exhibitors must be present BOTH DAYS, ALL HOURS unless other arrangements are made.

  • Free single or double booth to approved companies bringing live dogs for adoption. Space negotiable. Must be PACFA licensed. LIMITED NUMBER AVAILABLE.

Exhibitor Information

Hours: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm daily

Vendors load in:
- Friday 1:00 - 5:00 pm
- Saturday 7:00 - 9:45 am
Tear-Down is Sunday, 5:00pm.

- All exhibitors are required to have their own liability insurance, listing Dana Cain Events as additional insured. You may purchase the special event insurance here:
- Live dogs will be present.
- All dogs must be friendly, healthy and on a short leash or contained at all times.
- Know if you need to pay Special Event Sales Tax. Info at
- Dana Cain Events is not liable for any injury or loss incurred by exhibitors.
- Dana Cain Events reserves the right to cancel booth reservation and refund all fees, for any reason.
