  • Can't make it to the festival in person, but want to have an amazing presence and distribute your awesome samples? WE GOT YOU! Just ship us samples (1500 - 2000 recommended), fliers, coupons, etc. WE set up and staff your booth with professional, friendly reps who hand out samples for Taste Tickets. Because we're collecting Taste Tickets (required), we can discount this option to just $1000. This includes premium booth placement, signage with your logo that we create, tables, chairs, linens, set-up, tear down, all labor, photos of your booth AND a Sponsor Listing on our site with image, description and link to your site!

Vendor Options

Dana Cain Events has certain Vendor Exclusivity Partnerships.  Please note:

- No window or door company booths

- No bath remodel booths

 If you would like to inquire about a Vendor Exclusivity Partnership covering multiple Dana Cain Events, please email [email protected]

VIP Vendors MUST BE CHOCOLATE OR CHEESE COMPANIES that are offering special, unique samples to our VIP attendees that can't be gotten with regular Taste Tickets. We pay $2 per VIP sample ticket you collect.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

- Booths are 10 x 10 with one 8-ft table & two chairs.

- Vendors must supply their own table coverings.

- Set-up is Saturday morning 7:00 - 10:00 am. (VIPs get in at 10:00 am)

- Tear down is Saturday 5 - 8pm. NO EARLY PACKING.

- I understand the Special Event Sales Tax info at https://www.danacainevents.com/vendors.html

- Exhibitors are required to have liability insurance listing Dana Cain Events as additional insured.  If you don't have your own insurance, you can order it easily and inexpensively here: (link coming soon)

- Dana Cain Events reserves the right to cancel any booth reservation and issue a full refund.
