Terms of Agreement: 

VIP Chocolate Festival, Sunday, October 17, 2021, Northglenn CO

• Set-up is Sunday, 7;00 - 9:45 am. Load through EAST doors. 
• Tear Down is Sunday 6:00 - 8:00 pm.  No early packing. 
• Tables (2) and chairs provided.  Booth size is 10 x 10.
• Dana Cain Events may cancel your registration and issue a full refund if you do not fit with the scope of this festival, or if identical products are duplicated. 
• No alcohol vendors accepted. The hotel's catering company holds the exclusive liquor license. 
• I UNDERSTAND PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION (card or digital) IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL, PRIOR TO SET-UP.
